Regional Impact
Through covenant-driven cooperation between churches, we close the gaps in our reach and support one another in the work of displaying God’s glory to our region.
Resource Sharing
Through covenant-driven sharing of finances, people, facilities, and talents between churches, we build one another up and accomplish more than any one church could on its own.
Relationship Building
Through covenant-driven relationships between churches, we facilitate greater connection and mentorship opportunities among Christians of our region, which displays the broader unity of Christ’s body.
The Collective
Community Focus
We believe that part of the design of the church is that it exists in community. NCC churches are bound together by a shared Covenant of Understanding, which unites us in a manner similar to the unity of individuals within a local church body. We invest in one another, hold one another accountable, and join one another in shared fellowship and ministry. We help one another create and maintain systems of ordered discipleship as well as identify and establish leaders to work within our churches.
