Church Planter Residency Program
The Church Planter Residency Program is an in-house process by which the churches of the NCC prepare leaders to establish new churches in our region. Accepted applicants will be sponsored by an NCC church, where they will be expected to become active members. This program will teach you the church paradigm of the NCC, provide a theological education, and give you opportunities to acquire and develop skills in church leadership and pastoral ministry. At the successful completion of the program, you and a team will plant a new church in a community in north central Massachusetts with the support and active involvement of the other NCC churches.
This process begins by applying using the form lined below, with promising applicants invited to a short series of interviews to determine your fit for our network.
Applicants are not required to hold a college degree.
